Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business when appointments are not cancelled in a reasonable amount of time it makes it impossible to fill that appointment time with another guest.

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations received within 24hours of the the scheduled service will be charge at 50% of the

 full-service price.
